Tsoorkhoi Spring is a fresh water spring located on the western mountainside of Choiriin Bogd. The spring is considered as a wonder because the water is ice cold during summer but it never freezes during winter times. Locals believe Tsoorkhoi Spring has a healing property and that drinking from the spring will rejuvenate organs. Families use the spring as their main water source every day, however they treat and respect it as a sacred spring. The spring does not burst out of the ground but rather has a slow flow of water coming out of a gap in the ground which gave the name Tsoorkhoi Spring or Gap Spring.
